2022 - 2023 Cranfield University 

Charlotte Claughton is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB); who holds a MSc in Project Management and a BA (Hons) in Architecture, as well as being an accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager. Having also completed the Project Leadership Programme at Cranfield University, she has a great appreciation of the wider environment in which public projects are delivered.


Charlotte led the refurbishment of Elizabeth Tower during her time working for the Parliamentary Estate, for which she was

awarded Member of the British Empire (MBE) in New Year Honours 2023.


Charlotte is currently the Deputy Clerk of the Works at Westminster Abbey, this is a historic title for the Deputy Head of Estates.
